Contemporary craft objects by CAA makers bring warmth and character to a beautiful Georgian townhouse in East London, thoughtfully refurbished by Studio Era Ltd and styled by Studio Kiri.
In the master bedroom, the ruffled and gathered surfaces of textile artworks by Hannah White and Jilli Blackwood bring tactility and depth to the room, while the organic glazes of ceramics by Lise Herud Braten, David Binns and Dylan Bowen bring nature indoors. In a guest bedroom, the molten glazing on a Tanya Gomez porcelain vessel softens the lines of mid century-inspired furniture.
A bolt of colour is injected into the sleek kitchen through expressionistic vessels by Barry Stedman. In the dining room, coral glass vases by Peter Layton harmonise with the room's artwork and the eclectic mix of old and new.
