Daphne Krinos Jewellery

Collect International Art Fair

Daphne Krinos was born in Greece and came to the UK to study jewellery design. She established her London Studio in 1984.

Daphne’s jewellery belongs to the public and private collections of the Goldsmiths’ Company, The Crafts Council and the Victoria and Albert Museum.

Daphne Krinos works in gold and silver which is often heavily oxidised. She often uses translucent precious gemstones with unusual shapes and cuts in the designs. The gold is nearly always recycled from old pieces of jewellery.

Daphne will be showcasing her contemporary jewellery at Collect.

Running from 3 - 5 March 2023 (Previews 1-2 March), and marking its 19th edition, COLLECT is an exceptional opportunity to acquire new, museum-quality work from living artists internationally. With its historic and beautiful Grade I listed architecture, Somerset House provides a stunning backdrop for displaying contemporary craft in fully immersive interiors setting.
